We offer an optional Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) at the start of the rental to cover accidental damage. Without it, the renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, regardless of fault.
Deposit amounts vary but typically include: estimated rental charges paid in advance, security deposit (usually equal to at least one additional day’s rent), and any applicable charges for delivery, fuel, or accessories.

The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up or delivered to the renter.
1 Day: Any 24-hour period, up to 8 hours on the hour meter - 1 Week: 7 consecutive calendar days, up to 40 hours on the hour meter - 1 Month: 28 consecutive days, up to 160 hours on the hour meter. Overage hours are charged per whole hour, prorated based on the rental rate.
Yes, additional charges may apply, including: Excess Usage — Overtime charges apply for exceeding standard metered limits (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 160 hours/month); Delivery & Pickup — Available within a 30-mile radius of Florence, MT and charged per mile; Fuel — Equipment is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full; Cleaning — Additional fees may apply if equipment is returned dirty.
Yes. Chains, binders, or straps are included with equipment and trailer rentals. Customers using their own trailers may rent tie-downs if in stock.
Pickup and return are by appointment only. Please coordinate in advance for smooth scheduling.
Onsite service is available only within our 30-minute delivery radius. For breakdowns beyond that range, contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue. Anything that the mechanics cannot fix on the job will be brought into the shop.

All renters must be at least 18 years of age and provide two forms of valid identification: Primary ID: A valid driver's license in your name. Secondary ID: Accepted forms include major credit/debit cards, passports, or other government-issued IDs
A COI may be required for high-value rentals, typically for equipment with a replacement value exceeding $50,000. You’ll be informed during the reservation process if this applies.
